The Procurement Board ensures the implementation of best practice in public procurement policy in Wales.
Board membership is made up of representatives from across the public sector in Wales, including the Welsh Government, local authorities, the NHS, higher and further education, and police and fire services.
The focus of the Procurement Board will be the adoption of the 10 procurement principles set out in the Wales Procurement Policy Statement by all public sector organisations in Wales.
